German shepherd trained guard dog

Professionally trained german shepherd guard dog cost 2500 euro 5 years ago. Only selling as have downsized to small bungalow from country house as all kids have left home. Will sell only to a good home who will look after him. Dog is vaccinated, chipped and passport. Haven't taken this decision lightly but our dog hasn't the room needed now to run free and would rather see him go to a place now.
